This time service disappointing

This was my second purchase for the DIY PDF file. The first time I have been really happy with the communication, the service and the result. Everything has been perfect. This time communication was pretty bad. Partly no answers, if I got answers it took days. And my wishes have not been taken into concern. In the end I just received a PDF file, without me agreeing on the result. The final product I was able to make was kind of okay, but not nearly as satisfying as the first product I purchased. This was all in all a pretty disappointing experience unfortunately.
